Bhavna Mistry is the creator of the Sovereign Heart. The Heart Seed Activation Journey is the result of channeling heart centered meditations in December 2012. Since then Bhavna has learnt to channel and hold space at the same time to allow all courses to have the right channeled meditations to support individuals in the highest potential for healing in the moment.
